Cainos (which means new quality that has never been in existence before) Empowerment Center (CEC) was inspired by Dr. Rupert’s daughter ~ Moriah when she was a youth. While respecting differences Dr. Rupert wanted to ensure Moriah and her peers learned, grew, shared and received positive reinforcement of morals, values, life skills and had a safe space to express themselves and the support needed to help them navigate through various life scenarios facing youths. Afterwords developed the need to empower the parents and thusly the family. Offering parenting classes and resources to ensure they equally felt seen, heard, validated, supported and had the coping skills to properly handle daily stressors of life. 

CEC also partners with the community and host an annual winter boot drive and donates boots to children, families, schools and local organizations to reduce bullying and frostbite by ensuring children are warm and stylish in a pair of new winter boots.
